Pardis Sarhangpour
Pardis Sarhangpour is an experienced early childhood educator and creative learning facilitator with a strong foundation in child development, play-based learning, and children’s literacy. With over a decade experience working across diverse early years settings, she brings a thoughtful, child-centered approach rooted in respect, curiosity, and meaningful engagement.
Pardis has worked in a range of educational environments including art-focused classrooms, play-based learning centers, and curriculum development settings. Her diverse experience has shaped her holistic perspective on early childhood education, combining structure with creativity and fostering environments where children feel safe, inspired, and empowered to explore.
Pardis holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and has completed extensive professional training in Montessori education approach, and children’s literature and literacy development. She has led the design of engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that integrate storytelling, art, sensory play, and movement, supporting both cognitive and social-emotional growth.
Throughout her career, Pardis has contributed to strengthening classroom practices by establishing clear routines, enhancing lesson flow, and supporting educators in delivering consistent, high-quality learning experiences. She places strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with families, encouraging open communication and active participation in children’s learning journeys.
As Directress, Pardis is committed to cultivating a nurturing and collaborative school culture grounded in creativity, consistency, and respect - creating an environment where children, educators, and families can grow and thrive together.
Guided by Maria Montessori’s belief that “the child is both a hope and a promise for mankind,” she strives to nurture environments in which both children and the adults who guide them can flourish.
